Mr. Bonillas holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona (1980) and has more than 23 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry in Mexico. He has had positions ranging from mine planning engineer, operations research engineer; chief of financial planning and Vice President of purchasing for Compania Minera de Cananea, and later for a subsidiary of Placer Dome in Mexico . He directed full bankable feasibility studies for the Mulatos gold project in Sonora , and the San Felipe gold project in Baja California . Mr. Bonillas brings to the Company his extensive network of contacts in the Mexican mining industry.

Mr. Hodgson has over 30 years of private and public sector experience and is Vice President Western Region of Corpfinance International. Eugene began his public sector career in the Northwest Territories as Senior Policy Advisor on resource based projects. In the early 80's he served as Executive Assistant to the Minister of the Environment, Lands, Parks and Housing in the British Columbia Governement. His private sector experience includes Director of Investments for a mineral investment fund, First Fund Capital, Director and CFO of Sea Breeze Power, Director of Corporate Development for Intrawest, TSE/ NYSE Company specializing in resort development.Position: Chief Operating Officer/Director
Mr. Soto holds a degree in Geological Engineering and has a strong professional background in exploration, prospecting activities and the development of full feasibility studies
Position: San Francisco Mine Manager
Mr. Barraza holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering. He was the general manager of the Cananea concentrator in Sonora, one of the largest Mining operations in Mexico, from 1987 to 1990. He has worked with other producing mining companies since 1990 and has been in charge of numerous metallurgical tests and mineral extraction operations. Mr. Barrazas' principal responsibility is to oversee the recommissioning of the San Francisco operations.

Mr. Dick holds a Ph D in Geology and has extensive worldwide experience in the exploration and evaluation of base and precious metal deposits.

He has over 30 years relevant experience in the mining industry, including 23 years with Homestake Mining Company, Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial Ltd. in Vancouver and advising junior resource companies on financings, mergers, acquisitions and project development. Mr. Graber is currently director of AuEx Ventures Inc., Suramina Resources Inc., and Orca Minerals Limited.

An Investment Director for Pacific Roads Capital Management ("PCRM"), a Sydney, Australia based private equity manager investing in the global mining industry. Mr. Rozman has over 25 years experience in the mining industry in mine management and project development roles in base and precious metals and coal seam methane, working in Australasia and Africa. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of private equity backed CH4 Gas Limited (now part of Arrow Energy) where he led the company through feasibility and project development to operations. Prior to CH4, Mr. Rozman was COO of Aurion Gold and its predecessor Delta Gold; he was Chief Mining Engineer of Pancontinental Mining and held a variety of roles at MIM Ltd.
