Bruce Bragagnolo is the Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Timmins Gold. As CEO he oversees the administration, business development, finance and regulatory compliance of the Company. As a former practicing securities lawyer, he has over 27 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Mr. Bragagnolo has established lasting relationships within the investment and mining community around the world. Mr. Bragagnolo is a member in good standing of the British Columbia Bar Association. Mr. Bragagnolo has been responsible for structuring and raising over 90 million dollars in equity and debt for Timmins Gold and overseeing the growth of the Company as it transitioned from junior developer to gold producer.

| | | Arturo Bonillas, P.Eng Position: President/Director

Mr. Bonillas holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona (1980) and has more than 23 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry in Mexico. He has had positions ranging from mine planning engineer, operations research engineer; chief of financial planning and Vice President of purchasing for Compania Minera de Cananea, and later for a subsidiary of Placer Dome in Mexico . He directed full bankable feasibility studies for the Mulatos gold project in Sonora , and the San Felipe gold project in Baja California . Mr. Bonillas brings to the Company his extensive network of contacts in the Mexican mining industry.

Mr. Sutherland is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 15 years experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic initiatives. Mr. Sutherland has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing mineral exploration and development projects having been involved in mergers and acquisitions totaling approximately $1 billion and financings in excess of $500 million. Mr. Sutherland has held Senior Executive positions with Aurico Gold, Nayarit Gold Inc, and Capital Gold Corp.

Mr. Soto holds a degree in Geological Engineering and has a strong professional background in exploration, prospecting activities and the development of full feasibility studies

| | | Alfredo Barraza, B. Sc., P.Eng. Position: San Francisco Mine Manager

Mr. Barraza holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering. He was the general manager of the Cananea concentrator in Sonora, one of the largest Mining operations in Mexico, from 1987 to 1990. He has worked with other producing mining companies since 1990 and has been in charge of numerous metallurgical tests and mineral extraction operations. Mr. Barrazas' principal responsibility is to oversee the recommissioning of the San Francisco operations.

Mr. Tsakumis has over 20 years investment experience within the North American capital markets with private and public companies. Mr. Tsakumis began his career in 1989 with the Barrington Group representing advanced stage mining companies. Mr. Tsakumis has experience in capital formation, management and growth of listed companies including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate communications. Born and raised in Vancouver, Mr. Tsakumis is a graduate of University of British Columbia with a BA in Economics.

Mr. Prins is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly Corporate Controller for Rusoro Mining Ltd., a gold producer with operations in Venezuela. He brings several years mining experience to the Company having worked with several Canadian publically listed mining companies in the audit and assurance practice at Ernst & Young LLP. His experience includes audit, accounting, internal controls, and debt financing. He holds a bachelor of finance degree from Simon Fraser University and a graduate diploma in accounting from the University of British Columbia.

Miguel Bonilla is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive audit, accounting, consulting and internal control experience from having practiced accounting and audit for companies of different sectors including mining industry. Prior to his appointment of Timmins Gold Controller in 2005 he was Moore Stephens Sonora Office audit manager and independent consultant. He has been involved in all the financial activities since the Company incorporation and has participated in the operation, regulations and legal activities. He also has been involved in the financial management role for other companies of the mining sector. In 2009 was appointed Vice President Finance Mexico.

Mr. Hodgson has over 30 years of private and public sector experience and is Vice President Western Region of Corp finance International. Eugene began his public sector career in the Northwest Territories as Senior Policy Advisor on resource based projects. In the early 80's he served as Executive Assistant to the Minister of the Environment, Lands, Parks and Housing in the British Columbia Government. His private sector experience includes Director of Investments for a mineral investment fund, First Fund Capital, Director and CFO of Sea Breeze Power, Director of Corporate Development for Intrawest, TSE/ NYSE Company specializing in resort development.

Ms. Rogers is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 15 years experience working for Canadian-based international public companies in the areas of treasury operations, tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting. She has extensive experience in multi-million dollar financings in the Canadian and US bank and public debt markets. Ms. Rogers is also currently the CFO of TSXV-listed Castle Peak Mining Ltd. She has served as an officer of other public companies including Vice-President, Treasurer of NYSE-listed Goldcorp Inc. and Treasurer of Wheaton River Minerals Ltd.
