Bruce Bragagnolo, LLB Position: CEO/Director Bruce Bragagnolo is a securities lawyer with extensive experience in the junior resource sector. Mr. Bragagnolo will be focusing his energies on administration and finance for the Company and with regulatory compliance.
	Arturo Bonillas, P.Eng Position: President/Director Mr. Bonillas holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona (1980) and has more than 23 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry in Mexico. He has had positions ranging from mine planning engineer, operations research engineer; chief of financial planning and Vice President of purchasing for Compania Minera de Cananea, and later for a subsidiary of Placer Dome in Mexico . He directed full bankable feasibility studies for the Mulatos gold project in Sonora , and the San Felipe gold project in Baja California . Mr. Bonillas brings to the Company his extensive network of contacts in the Mexican mining industry.
	Darcy Krohman, P.GEO., C.A. Position: Executive Vice President, CFO/ Director Mr. Krohman is a Professional Geologist and C.A. with over 25 years experience in the mineral resource industry in corporate finance, investment banking and regulatory environments.
	Miguel Angel Soto, Geo. Eng Position: Chief Operating Officer/Director Mr. Soto holds a degree in Geological Engineering and has a strong professional background in exploration, prospecting activities and the development of full sequence feasibility studies
	Alfredo Barraza, B. Sc., P.Eng. Position: San Francisco Mine Manager Mr. Barraza holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering. He was the general manager of the Cananea concentrator in Sonora, one of the largest Mining operations in Mexico, from 1987 to 1990. He has worked with other producing mining companies since 1990 and has been in charge of numerous metallurgical tests and mineral extraction operations. Mr. Barrazas' principal responsibility is to oversee the recommissioning of the San Francisco operations.
	Guillermo Garcia, Geo.Eng. Position: VP New Projects Mr. Garcia holds a degree in Geological Engineering and has extensive experience in exploration and production.Mr. Garcia was with the Mexican Geological Survey (Consejo) for 23 years focusing on the states of Nayarit, Jalisco and Durango.
	Hallein Darby, C.A. Position: Director Ms. Darby is a chartered accountant who is currently Vice President and a director of client services at Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. From 1996 to 2006 she was a senior securities analyst with the B.C. Securities Commission and has over 18 years of securities and accounting exp
	Lawrence A. Dick, Phd., P.Geo. Position: Director Mr. Dick holds a Ph D in Geology and has extensive worldwide experience in the exploration and evaluation of base and precious metal deposits.
	Eugene Hodgson Position: Director Mr. Hodgson has been a self-employed consultant to public companies since 1996.
	Alejandro Assiazaran Position: Director Mr. Astiazaran is an experienced businessman who is the head of one of the largest road construction companies in Sonora. His group of companies has extensive business interests throughout the state.
